Thank you for reading and for your comment! Our body is SO smart. We just begin to learn how to ignore it. And the more we do that, the less information we have about how much is in our bucket. And then... bam! Burnout.

Love this and all the analogies Alex! I find it really helpful thinking about a "stress bucket" and that there's only so much we can do a day and like you say, it really helps thinking about what fills your bucket and makes it over flow, but also how can you put a tap in the bottom of the bucket and let some of that stress out? Anyway, thanks for sharing :) x

This is such a creative resource for burnout especially for the nuero-divergent (YAYDHD)! I appreciate your take on tuning into the body and the Rumi quote. Our bodies hold all of the wisdom. Thank you for sharing this!
