👉🏻 Embodiment...pausing to reflect on gratitide is great...pausing another moment to feel what the reflection is bringing up sounds magical.

Alex I loved this! I'm one of those people that regularly writes a list of what I'm grateful for, and it does feel good. But you've given me a way to take it up a notch! Tonight, rather than listing as much as possible, I'm going to pick just 3 things and try out the PCE method 🥰 Thanks so much for this, loved it x

I'll be honest, it got bumped in place of me reflecting on why I was able to recognise, and get out of, my zone of delusion so much quicker than normal 😅 thanks for the reminder, I'll try tonight 😊
